I have a grrreat company to share with everypawdy. I've spent a long time working on this review because I was sent sooo many wonderful bags of food. The company I'd like to share is Acana. The dog food flavors I tried were: Duck & Pear Singles Formula, Meadowland, Grasslands, Heritage Meats Formula, and Wild Altanlic. I REALLY enjoyed Grasslands. It has grass-fed Kentucky lamb, freshwater trout and game bird. Now I'd like to break down the ingredients of this flavor for you. 70% is lamb, game bird, egg and fish ingredients. That includes meat, liver, tripe and giblets. 30% vegetables, fruits, and botanicals. 0% grain, potatoes, or tapioca. None whatsoever! This formula is guaranteed to keep us pups healthy, happy, and strong! As are all of their formulas. Now I'd like to talk about Heritage Meats Formula. It contains Angus beef, Yorkshire pork, and grass-fed Suffolk lamb. This bag contains 60% beef, pork, and lamb ingredients including meat, liver, and tripe. 40% vegetables, fruits, and botanicals. And once again, 0% grain, potato, and tapioca. It is SO yummy. All flavors are bite size and would work well for any size doggie. Now let's talk about Duck & Pear Singles Formula which contains free-run Muscovy duck and fresh Bartlett pears. I'll be honest, all of their ingredients make me feel like a fancy pup eating all this exquisite food! This one is 50% free-run duck ingredients including duck, liver, giblets, and cartilage. 50% vegetables, fruits, and botanicals. All of their formulas are PACKED with healthy fruits and veggies while the first ingredient is ALWAYS meat. There is a lot of information on their bags so you know exactly what you're getting. Feel free to ask about the other formulas if you want to know more! I think this company is so very healthy and tasty. I know all my furriends would love to give it a try!!
